1. Products & Orders

  • We sell home furnishings and decor: lazyman‘s sofas (upholstered modular furniture), furry carpets, and bean bags.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and natural material variations.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

 

For Sofa (Upholstered Furniture — 16 CFR 1640 Compliance):

  • Follow assembly instructions carefully. Improper assembly can cause instability or injury.

  • Place on level, stable surface.

  • Do not exceed weight capacity (check product specs; typically 250‑600 lbs).

  • Keep away from open flames, candles, and heat sources.

  • Upholstery meets federal flammability standard 16 CFR 1640.

For Furry Carpet (16 CFR 1630 Flammability Compliance):

  • Use a rug pad underneath to prevent slipping.

  • Keep away from heat sources and open flames.

  • Not intended for use on stairs without proper securement.

  • If carpet fails flammability testing, it would be permanently labeled “FLAMMABLE (FAILS U.S. DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE STANDARD)” — all our carpets pass.

  • For carpets with detachable fringe/tassels: CHOKING HAZARD — Small parts. Not for children under 3 years.

For Bean Bag (ASTM F1912 Compliance):

  • NEVER leave a child unattended with a bean bag.

  • Use only as intended — not as a step stool, climbing structure, or trampoline.

  • Keep zippers securely closed at all times. If zipper breaks, discontinue use.

  • Repair tears or damage immediately — filling material can pose suffocation hazard.

  • Keep away from children under 3 years — bean bag beads/foam pellets can cause choking/suffocation.

  • Follow care label instructions for cover cleaning.

4. General Certificate of Conformity (GCC)
For all general‑use products (sofas, carpets, bean bags), we provide a General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) available upon request. The GCC certifies compliance with applicable CPSC safety rules (16 CFR 1640 for sofas, 16 CFR 1630/1631 for carpets, ASTM F1912 bean bag standard) based on testing or a reasonable testing program.

5. FTC Textile & Care Labeling Compliance
Our textile products (carpets, bean bag covers) comply with:

  • 16 CFR Part 303 (Textile Fiber Products Identification Act) — fiber content, country of origin, manufacturer RN.

  • 16 CFR Part 423 (Care Labeling Rule) — permanent care instructions.
